When would these decisions have to be made to allow for the changes to be made in time for next year's spring and summer travel season; like training flight crews, maintenance, CSA's, fleet service, etc.?

And how far in advance are the upcoming spring and summer schedules loaded for sale in the rez computers, so that we might have an idea as to which aircraft might be going where next year?

Thanks in advance for any info.
Watch the DFW crew news(AUG I think). Parker said they put aircraft swapping off. What they've already done proved more difficult than they thought.
