Very happy to see the creator of the thread get his shot! Best of luck Hummingbear.

For those of us that want to be as prepared as possible if the invite were to come last minute like the case of Hummingbear, what can we prepare on the side that can be done now in order to focus solely on your interview rather than the small tasks to be accomplished. For example, would having college transcripts and photo copies of our certificates be a good start to avoid having to worry about in the event only 1.5-2 weeks notice is given?

I know many guys have mentioned they have a spreadsheet of their flight times that they present to the interviewers. For us regional guys, I am just curious what a reasonable layout for the flight time spread sheet would consist of?

Finally everyone says to get prep early and not wait until the interview. If I get prep in 2 weeks from now but don't interview for 10-12 months would you still recommend getting started now?

Thanks for any advice and best of luck to you guys going at it in the coming weeks.
