Please explain to me why any CEO who wasn't COMPLETELY out of his mind would give us a single penny more than what we're paid now. Explain to me what exactly MAG ALPA could ever hope to do to change his mind when the above 5 points are true. I'm all ears--convince me why exactly JO would give us a raise.


Maybe your pilot group needs stop busting *** for JO, since it's very obvious he doesn't give a crap about any of you... Stop encouraging people to work for him, if he can't crew his planes, he might actually have to increase pay and benefits to keep the metal moving. Pretty much all the regionals have been hiring, the vast majority have higher pay and benefits, why work for him at all?
