It's already been ruled a failure even by our own management. Delta had no real interest in making it work from the start. As long as we continue to shrink and downgrade while only hiring around 50% in the pref. interviews with Delta this place will not be a place to come. The staffing model currently is park CRJ-200's to staff CRJ-900's. The only question to be answered is; what happens when we run out of 200's next spring/summer?
The real kicker, when/if 9E goes under, they will probably take the EtD pilots and staple them at Delta.
