You're drinking the kool-aid and are drunk. The EtD is all smoke and mirrors. It's a hopeless and worthless program created to dupe some poor little CFI who doesn't know what's going on in the 121 Regional world. Delta couldn't care less about anyone hired in the program. It's all a show and to think otherwise is foolish and naive. Just as you say...we aren't privy to the information but going off of common sense I think you're wrong.
