I'm aware of their past existence on the USAPA committee. As for your question........well, that's a good question. I would assume USAPA will be waiving that assertion all over the place in front of the PAB and there again, if AOL is now offering a cactus branch to USAPA (as opposed to the past efforts of attempting to insert it rectally ), perhaps that's another component in the desire to ENSURE their participation ?

Two months + till the PAB, so anything's possible I guess.
