I understand what you say, and that's why I'm trying to collect as much information as I can before making a move!

Anyway, I see they only take people with previous 121 experience for the Ejet, that means all those people are making a lateral move. I didn't think there was a lot of people willing to do a lateral move in the regional industry. Is this a problem for them to hire people or are they filling up classes without a problem?

How hard would it be to get Houston as a base, is it a junior base?
