Anyway, I see they only take people with previous 121 experience for the Ejet, that means all those people are making a lateral move. I didn't think there was a lot of people willing to do a lateral move in the regional industry. Is this a problem for them to hire people or are they filling up classes without a problem?
How hard would it be to get Houston as a base, is it a junior base?
Thanks.
You could save yourself some time by just doing a search and finding out this info. Most of the answers are right here in this thread.
Mesa is not currently having any issues filling classes. The EJET classes are booked up well in advance. I haven't talked to recruiting in about a month and at that time they were booking December classes. I would suspect they are into January by now. Plenty of people doing lateral moves these days.
Houston is the only EJET base and as a result it is very junior since the only FOs that can go there are new hires (can't bid between aircraft as an FO).
