That's why I was a little shocked when DALPA extended the survey deadline. They keep the results such a closely guarded secret I would think the participation rate would be just as important. Publicly admitting that nobody is bothering to fill out the survey seems like a bad move.
They ignored the 2012 survey and now those chickens have come home to roost.
Doesn't matter if the end number is good. Plus having the survey end four days in to a new month is not the wisest course of action. Most thought it was mid Oct. They got caught with no time to get it done thinking that they had a week or so.
