Yeah, they're not roosting in my house either. I filled mine out and, like you said, it wasn't anything like 4,8,3,3. I'm looking for 25,7,7,5... a cumulative increase of 50% over 4 years. With inflation, that puts us slightly below full restoration of the buying power Delta pilots had throughout most of the 1980's, 1990's, and early 2000's. Given the $1 million I estimate I've already contributed to Delta's recovery over the past 10 years, I think I'm being extremely reasonable.
