The Delta plus (from three-ten, percent/dollars/whatever) is nice to hear, and I believe the scope balloon Kirby is trying to float isn't going anywhere - my real question is what about soft pay and credit? I have friends at FedEx, United, Delta and SWA who all seem to be getting 100+ hours a month... and complaining about it

Delta's pay offer can always be negated elsewhere like scheduling and health care. Either we have true parity with Delta in all respects or a CBA that is sub-standard.
