I had that same problem. I didn't even get the initial domicile award email sent out to the class. You have to send a message to the TAC help desk through the employee intranet and they will add you to all of the email lists.
If you're having this problem and using an iPhone/iPad.. Go into your mailbox settings and set "mail days to synch: no limit". I believe the stock setting is only a week or two, so it hides all the old stuff by default.
