If it shows up on your driving record, I think you better keep it on your application. You don't want them finding things in your record you didn't mention on your application.
It's on the main application it's just that question on the addendum. I lean to yes since there was a fine for the infraction but everything else in the question is related to misdemeanors and felonies so that's why I'm hesitant
