This is simple, Those of us who took jobs at regionals did so at industry standard wages low that they may be. To play we had to take a job period. The key here is industry standard. The problem I have is those (some of whom have "12,000" hours) who further lower the bar driving pay back 50 years of hard fought progresson.
Because we did not quit our regional jobs when mainline relaxed scope you compare us to pilots taking pay back fifty years. Im not buying it.
