how far back do they want driving record stuff? I got a speeding ticket when i lived in another state about 8 years ago, but i don't have that license number any more so i don't know how i would get a copy of the record to find out the date.
Just put down your best guess and explain it at the interview. I had a couple of tickets from 20 years ago and could not find the exact date or even the exact city. They did not care.
