And I know Carl. I've corresponded with him privately quite a bit (both email and on the phone) and I had him on my jumpseat once a few years ago. The stuff guys (I can't remember if it was you or not) posted about him and his side business is off the mark. Carl is a good guy and his motives are the same as mine... restoring this profession.
