I would take the job that you can build PIC time the fastest. I know guys that did traffic/pipeline and built massive hours over a short time. They then flew freight single engine, upgraded to multi piston and then went on to fly PIC/SIC jets and turboprops.

One will be the clear winner when you break down all the pro's and con's.
