You don't get it...ITS NOT ALL ABOUT EAGLE!!!! You telling someone that they shouldn't go to a job fair because they won't get hired below mins is erroneous. My comment regarded every other airline and their policy on minimums... everyone has some sort of special story about how they got their airline job.

Telling someone to not go to a job fair is not a waste of their time but yours. He realizes he has low time but why not go and see what a job fair is all about.

A recruiter who is upset about a pilot showing interest in their airline rather some other shouldn't be a recruiter! Maybe once he goes to the job fair he'll realize that Eagle isn't the place he wants to go and you'll be there even longer because of your poor attitude.
