Sure, I could've skipped college, not waited until I had three type ratings, over 8,000 hrs of flt time before I was hired at SWA, and generally set the bar low by aspiring to work at AirTran. Just like your Union buddy over there that likes to berate everything Southwest. If you're comparing a job at SWA to AirTran 2010, you're smoking crack. Yeah, you guys sure are bringing a lot of airframes to the table now.? You made the choice to work at an up-and-comer with a quick upgrade. Just like I made a choice to leave a legacy where I would now be in the left seat or close to it. That's life. Be sure to tell everyone out on the line how bad you have it.
