Hope you get to fly with Rizzo. Just remember that there can be two ___holes in the cockpit and they can make you work environment just as unpleasant as you can theirs. I know him well enough that he's not going to take any ____ off of you or anyone and will not have a problem telling you where to go. You can bet I'd do the same

If we make this captain miserable, it will be because he has attempted to tell us how we should think or asked our opinion and didn't like the answer. They will have to put their big boy pants on or call daddy. Either way, I don't think any of us would be unhappy with the opportunity to speak with a chief about this miserable captain. Fortunately, the majority I've come across are simply ignorant and quite surprised to hear the rest of the story.

I don't think I'll have a problem flying with them, if they have a problem with me, I'll be happy to go home early and spend more time with the family.
