Qualified pilots is defined as meeting their minimums of total time, and any other relevant factors. Since you know a few people who have been hired at different airlines with less than the mins they are looking for why don't you find out what these pilots did to get the jobs and let the original poster know so he could do the same. You are bent on telling this guy that there is a secret way of getting hired with lower mins, clue him in so he can get a job with 250 hours and 50 mulit please.
