I know how a union railroads its members down a certain path. Been there, seen that, got the t-shirt.
But how does someone who is innocent get railroaded in the legal system when there is no evidence to convict him?
In court in front of a judge and/or jury, slick sales pitches and scare tactics don't work. You need evidence. If a person is innocent, then there is no evidence.
