I flew for Gallagher and I have no doubt that Alligiant is a sh!tbag airline. It just seems that someone who is a current captain on mainline equipment would very likely be hired by a Major in the next year or so. JetBlue seems like another steppingstone, not that there's anything wrong with that.
They thought that about Southwest in the first decade or so. Sometimes the young company is a place to stay with a promising future. Only time will tell.
