Where do you live? JetBlue has a lot of east coast options. You might even parlay into a legacy. IMHO, I don’t think anyone will finish his or her career at JetBlue. G4, on the other hand. We have such an oddball model; I don’t think it would appeal to anyone. Not much vested in G4, hard to imagine that, given our overly generous retirement plan.
JB without a contract blows G4 away in every category.

At 47 i have to assume you don't want to be hoping from airline to airline. It's a personal call really. Do you live in base? Do you need the money? Do you need to be a capt? Are you miserable where you work? I'm sure you've run the numbers. If you go to jb class today you'll be 50-60% in 5-6 yrs. Currently i think capt at Blue sitat 70% ish.
I can't speak for aay other than what i read here and a buddy who doesn't care for it.
I'm sure there's some guys who have done what you're thinking.
Whatever you do, good luck my man
