Dude you don't understand what I'm saying--I'm saying if a current CLT CA bids PHX CA voluntarily on the currently-posted CRJ CA vacancy, and they are awarded PHX CA effective Dec. 1st on the currently-posted vacancy, they will not be considered a displacement.

The company has published a vacancy effective 12/1 with PHX, IAD, & DFW CA slots.

The company simultaneously pushed back the effective date of the CLT displacement to 12/1.

So if any existing CLT CAs voluntarily bid another CRJ CA base over CLT on the current vacancy (now), and are awarded another CRJ CA slot in a base other than CLT on the current vacancy, they will not be considered CLT displacements when the 12/1 CLT displacement bid is run.
