First I know that there is 13 hard days off for the DC-9 and 11 for the Falcon; however, I'd like to know how long are do your "on duty" rotations last vs. your days off. Is is a 3 on 3 off or 6 on 2 off type schedule or does it vary from month-to-month randomly?
Just how fatiguing is this type of flying?
Is it true that USA Jet has already acquired cargo conversions of the CRJ-200 to replace the Falcons?
Lastly, is there an idea of how long an upgrade can be reasonably expected for a new-hire?
Any bit of info is greatly appreciated.
Heard that rumor as well. I think the CRJ's don't perform as well as the Falcons do in terms of cargo, so I think they'll hold on to the Falcons for as long as possible. But things change in that realm on a day to day basis...
