I know I for one would not do that to a colleague. Good luck, it seems like the same uneducated, emotional, bitter, antagonists are going to carry the day a second time.
Wasn't it you whining about being away from home and wanting to know how fast it took to get to 777 where you could make big bucks and be at home most of the time ?
Hasn't it been you crying about how Envoy pilots should just take whatever is offered so as to improve the flow for you ?
Hasn't it been you advocating complete surrender because this carrier is finished and a better deal won't cone and they won't be back ?
Pal. I think it's good for all of us, you included, that your bailing. This profession isn't just about flying airplanes, it's also about successfully facing the frequent threats to belittle and dilute it by management. It's good you're getting out, because clearly you don't have the proper outlook or intestinal fortitude to succeed in it and it's best for all of us, you included that you find another profession. Hopefully, your next choice won't involve a unionized workforce, because clearly you're not cut out for conflict.
Perhaps a family business baking cookies where all is warm and fluffy and you work for yourself ?
