I think they're back due to attrition. The busy holiday season is coming up and this place is shrinking faster than they want. We've lost well over 80 guys in the last month alone and almost everyone I talk to that isn't within 2 years of flowing is working to get out of here. PSA and PDT can only grow so fast.

I think they are losing control of the shrink and that's why they are back. If they can get us to agree to a cut rate deal, that's just icing on the cake. But they are mostly hoping that talking will slow the attrition until they can get PSA and PDT up to speed. Hopefully guys will see the writing on the wall and even if a deal is struck, we are all better off getting out of here.
