I almost Don't want to say this in public, but I don't think it will have an effect on current negotiations.

We almost had a deal this past summer. We were very close and it tanked because of Jerry Glass. Well, primarily because of Jerry Glass although there were other small factors.

Now the company is back because they realize how stupid it is to NOT make a deal with Envoy just because of minor contractual language. That was the hang up this past summer.

They realize-or are under the impression-that a deal with the current MEC is possible provided an agreement is made in regards to certain language. That is a minor and rather dumb reason to NOT try and make a deal.
