The last deal failed because Jerry Glass jerked the Union around for 2 months...making appointments and not showing up..not handing over contract points in writing, etc... Eventually the Union became frustrated and decided to take their proposal directly to Parker and cut the middle man out.

That is when it broke down. It is also when they found out somebody had already been going directly to the company for a while, although I don't believe he was the reason for talks breaking down.

You really need to step back..you don't work here anymore. You flowed to AA and better be thankful for that flow because you would never have been hired if you had to interview.
