All prior121 needs is an iPad and some profiles/callouts scribbled down on a piece of printer paper--it doesn't matter if he's in a sim or not, he's going to say "system logic" every 5 minutes, and if you kill an engine he's just going to put in the rudder deflection and look down and read the callouts off his profile sheets.

Sim availability shouldn't be an issue--just put him in a car in the parking lot and he'll do fine.
