I had no idea what their retirement is, unfortunately the comparison chart doesn't show that in there. Why is it different anyway? That's BS.
I really don't have a handle on FA contracts to tell you if it was a "good" contract or not, just that it's better than UAL and DAL, by a fairly wide margin. So regardless of how bad this one is, won't the arbitrated one be worse?
How much worse is it than the current contract? Is the current contract better in other ways? I'm asking because quite frankly all I've heard about it from our FA friends is about the medical.
