Do F/As have to worry about negotiating scope or is that purely a pilot thing? I haven't read thru the entire contract they were presented with but wonder if pilots are the only group that is responsible for essentially keeping the flying here on property.

It seems we have to bear a large burden of negotiating capital to ensure everyone else remains employed as well.

On a side note, since the F/As didn't want the extra $$ Doug & CO offered, we should ask for it to be applied to our contract .
