We signed on to this MOU, and merger, to get rid of the long standing toxic management that existed at AMR - not to become Parker and Kirby's friends.
We were promised a culture change and a management that wanted to LEAD this airline.
And now it appears that we have the same exact management style as before.
I am not shocked nor outraged.. .more like, "business as usual, let's go to war once again."
They have apparently chosen to fight the pilots instead of following Richard Anderson's style. Bring it on, the AA pilots are no strangers to this tactic. They are going to quickly realize this is not the old USAir culture here.
