There is nothing worse than an employee that does the bare minimum - especially in the airline industry. I hope they know that.
Like I said, this is a whole new ball game for them and I think they are severely underestimating the resolve of this pilot group.
They had a chance to lead, a la Delta, and blew it. I don't care how much of an "expert" Jerry Glass is - he doesn't know this group and has not dealt with them.
They wanted arbitration, now they're gonna get it...and probably cry about it when it doesn't pan out the way they expected it to.
