I am not sure what you see as a great offer from the company. I have read what is posted and it is note even close to a great deal, as you say. The payrates barely pass DAL, with no provisions to keep pace or to even match their profit sharing, which for this year will be about 15% of their pay. The scope slight of hand is a huge grab, the 2 hour call out is not workable, at any of the bases and they want us to pay a 40% excise fee on our healthcare to offset the charges from Obummer care.

So tell what you see as a great deal. I would be interested in how you would define great.
