I don't know if I should proceed into sim and risk flunking and hurting my career... or quit one and go back to single pilot ops.
About 75% of my class didn't study flows and callouts like they should and were floundering around during CPT. Most of them were still struggling during sim 1 and 2, but the great majority passed their checkrides and are out flying the line today. Yes, you may be a touch behind, but I wouldn't throw in the towel over it. Fortunately there is not a whole lot to "get" with flows and callouts...they are 99% rote memory....so just practice, practice and practice.
