It sounds to me as more people turn 60 and bid to the remaining FE seats, that in a few months every FE at UPS will be over 60. What is going to happen when the contract is signed, they all take their retro, and put in 2 weeks notice? It sounds to me that UPS management is being very short sighted by not settling your contract ASAP. They would be better off pay protecting those guys to sit at home or offering them an early retirement. But then again, when does management ever do anything that makes sense.
