Now, Parker may indeed be fine with arbitration, but using the F/A's situation is falling into a mind-trap without thinking. Parker has courted Envoy pilots repeatedly after each rejection, but is still playing hardball there. His strategies of the last are only resulting in consistent failure and if this continues, that is where AA is ultimately headed.
