There is a reason why Delta runs so great, its management team VALUES ITS FRONT LINE EMPLOYEES. Pilots, FA'a Mechanics and agents make that place go and the employees are happy. Happy employees WANT to go that extra mile. pi$$ed off employees do pi$$ poor work.
