Because by Parker's own admission, 100,000 people whose efforts don't matter to profits can't solve that problem, Doug must solve it...............on his own. Let's all hope it turns out better for him then it did for Carty, Arpey or Horton who all had the same philosophy.
I am interested as to how Parker will ever back peddle out of this statement. I think the next thing we will see is him trying to rephrase this- but we need to remember that this is how he really feels. He said it. He meant it. We need to hold his feet to the flames for it.
