From my experience, excluding egotistic mainline pilots, the only ones who don't want RJ FOs to get major airline interviews are RJ CAs who can't get an interview themselves. Once you realize that, you just let it roll off your shoulders as you move on to a major with no TPIC.
TPIC depends solely on a seniority driven out-sourced feed system. One day your regional is doing great, then another day it is not. Had I not moved on, I'd still be a RJ FO on 8th year FO pay with about 7000 hrs RJ SIC.
