I always love to see EAS take new strides towards QOL, pay etc improvements. When you reach the "pinnacle" or perfect job, you better worry, cause there is something terribly wrong! Every job has its faults.
I understand many were upset when I left, but they will never know for what and why I left. It took a lot.
I still talk with many at EAS. Management and non management.
I know things aren't the same as when I left. I'm not that obtuse.
Anyway, I always have and always will want the best for the EAS crews. You guys should understand that.
