Welcome!

AWAC's contract with Airways is good until 2015, and unless something MAJOR changes there will be a domicile in PHL until then. After that? Well...there may not be an AWAC unless management gets its sh!t together and we can start getting new codeshares/larger aircraft, but that could be said for many contract small jet providers these days. We aren't growing right now and that is turning some folks away, but folks are leaving, staffing is getting to junior manning levels, and the junior upgrade is just under 3.5 years on property. We have the best FO pay in the 50 seat business (like saying your the lightest person at fat camp, I know...) and pretty good work rules. If you got hired and lived in PHL, you're quality of life would be good even on reserve.

Eagle isn't going anywhere, and is probably the single most stable small jet provider in terms of job security.

XJT? They have a very good contract and despite not growing any, movement is fairly quick there now. If you wanted Newark I'm sure you'd get it in an instant!

Skywest? One of the darling children right now, but I think their projected growth is scheduled to end later this year or early 2008, but I might be mistaken on that. First year pay blows but I understand you can get extremely high credit there, and all my friends working there really, really enjoy it.

I don't think you could go wrong with any of those choices, honestly. Keep working toward your degree, keep flying and building total/multi time, and good luck getting hired! If you start shooting out resumes at the end of this summer you might be surprised how quickly you get called for an interview...
