What's a decent upgrade to you? If under 1 year, look somewhere else. If under 2, still look somewhere else. If you go in now, you'll be looking at a minimum of 2.5 years if we don't get more planes than what we're getting already.
I'm thinking 3-5 years upgrade time for the most junior folks flying the line right now, and 5+ years for anyone just now starting class.
