I don't think we are dumb enough as a group to fly this plane for the same pay. I think we have a lot of leverage when it comes to the new planes' pay scales. The company already knows they got a good deal with the B757 scales so I have to believe they are preparing for the start of another pay scale/A380 that already exists. Like someone noted above, we aren't even close to the United/Delta 2000 pay scales and our company makes a lot more money than they ever did. Overall a good problem to have.

Check your Standing BID do you have 777 as one of your choices?
If NO (and good on you) do you think every other Pilot on the LIST hasn't Bid it?
The main point of all this is: Show me a collective group of Pilots who WILL NOT BID it until there is a negotiated payrate and I will show you a Higher hourly rate than just Widebody.
