Basically new hire with new hire seniority, but flies both seats. Captain pay for left seat and blended rate for right seat (43/hr). Able to bid for full upgrade as seniority will allow. At TSA they will get full upgrade quick.
And be on reserve until they leave 6 to 12 months later for anything else because 11 days off on reserve indefinitely sucks!
