I equate Flexjet with corporate. I really don't know much about them. I already have a Hawker type so I guess I might be what they are looking for. I'll broaden my view and look at other possibilities also. I thought I saw a forum on fractionals. I know they pay much better.
My plan with AE was to fly the line for a while and if that gets too old try to go into training. I was a TCE (Training Center Evaluator. Gave 61.58 and 297 checks) at Simuflite. Thought maybe my experience as a controller and a pilot would afford me the ability to add a unique perspective to training. Enjoyed it. Just would work 8 hours at the Center and do 6-12 hours Simufliting made for some long days. Sorry I'm rambling....
