TSA and PSA offer a far better opportunity. End state of 91 planes is approx 900 pilots. What upgrade opportunity can you see at 9E that you can't see at PSA or TSA? I suppose if one has a real bad medical situation in the family in which an interruption in medical benefits is untenable.
It's a gamble! I can see it either way. What If an FO leaves the bonus money next year and jump to another regional and those planes they were suppose to get never come? How about they leave for another regional and 8 months later right before he/she upgrade, Spirit or JB calls and want them in class. How much money has they thrown away? We saw what happened at Pinnacle (07) and Mesaba (08) when pilot chased an upgrade.
