I just got a phone offer from Mesa, but I'm still interviewing with SKW in a week. I figured Mesa=RELATIVELY quick upgrade, but not as many choices on bases, and lesser pay; SKW=slower upgrade but better company (someone might chime in since this is what I've heard from friends - not drinking the KoolAid until I'm in the industry), but better pay and choice of bases.
